If he is in Konoha then yes of course, but we are getting a forehead tap for sure next chapter, and it is always accompanied with "Later" "Soon" "Next time", so it could be that he pokes her then leaves and continues his mission to keep the movie villains at bay, then he comes back to Konoha when they make their move and takes Boruto as his student, he will settle down after the movie for sure though since the villains they defeat were the reason for his absence.

No not everyone wants to become hokage in this generation.

Boruto does not want to become hokage. He's stated that he hates the hokage role.
Nobody else in the new generation has made mention of the hokage role or wanting to obtain it.
Sarada is the only one as of now in the new generation who wants to become hokage.
