Its not even debatable, they gave a whole new meaning to badass... Pain would be the best villain any other anime would have but these 2 just gave the word badass a whole new meaning

No obito was terrible as soon as he took of his mask but madara was the best in the naruto series. Nui harime and Ragyo kiryuin from kill la kill are the best villains imo but I don't watch or read much manga/anime.

Madara and Itachi are the best villains for me because they were badass. I don't know if I can take Obito seriously with his Rin fanfics. The other two had real goals they needed to accomplish in their lives.

Disagree although Tobi was great and adds depth to the Obito character... I feel that when he took off the mask he was much more badass and the fact that he basically became the dark Naruto made him much more unique than just another menacing mysterious villain... and the Anime VA did a good job with him made me like him even more

And Madara I dont even need to say anything he made just about anything he did look cool, and his ideal is cool af too hes the epitome of a rebel

Obito with all the rin stuff was mad pedophilish. I'll admit at first he was ok but it went down hill fast when he was swayed by a 16 year old boy while he has been on his path for almost 20 years.
