Reasons why I think she is Sakura's:
1.) She has enormous strength and she didn't train with Tsunade or Sakura which means it had to be passed down by genes

did you even read the manga

it's pretty obvious that Sakura has been training Sakura in chakra control since she has the chakra base of an Uzumaki and the talent of an Uchiha, so of course she would be able to have insane strength since it's all about focusing your chakra not actual muscle mass
