Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo completely blitzed a guy who has MS eyes all over his head. Shin Sr. was completely left aghast as to where the PS sword came from, then before he could even understand what was going on - he was completely blitz.

Sasuke's PS is absolutely incredible in terms of speed and agility.
