Luffy takes this high-extreme diff with some serious injuries I'd say. It's just that Law has some really tricky and dangerous skills in his arsenal like gamma and radio knife.

Law in general is no match for Luffy. The gap is so big that you can't even put them near each other but he may win in a one on one battle against Luffy.

I find this So funny. The gab between them is So large and yet Law will win in a one on one fight? That makes sense to you?
The law vs Luffy fight will be close no matter How you look at it. The first to land a hit wins. If Law manages to use shambles before Luffy hits him,Luffy is going to loose

Gear 4 Luffy has shown to be faster than Law, and Luffy can use G4 for about 20 minutes so I don't think Law could survive through that, especially if he has taken damage before Luffy goes G4. Gear 4 takes like 1 second to activate, so I don't think that would be much of an opening for Law.
Law just needs to stall really, he doesn't necessarily need to tank Luffy's hits, which is debatable if he could or not. Luffy can use G4 for about 20 minutes? Where did you get that from? There is an opening for Law, I think you're underestimating him. Luffy obviously is stronger but he could lose because of how Law's DF works and Luffy's reckless fighting as Riker mentioned.

I'm pretty sure he's just talking about them from a power level. Luffy is higher but Law could win because of how his DF works. If that's the case, then I agree. (assuming he isn't contradicting himself)

Luffy wins this shouldn't even be debatable, Luffy is much faster and stronger.

The only attack Law has that could give him the win is GK and that's not landing on someone whos just as fast as Mingo.

Comparing just their strongest attacks and saying they are equal isn't cutting it, Luffy is better overall.

Law would win this pretty comfortably

Luffy is an idiot who doesn't figure out the trick to Law's room
Just like he did against Crocodile, Enel, Foxy, Aokiji, Ceasar and Doflamingo.

He will run in for the direct punch and get his limbs cut up in 10 pieces.

If Luffy has the comfort of fighting Law multiple times without dying he would win eventually because he is stronger. But Law would beat him first.

There is a serious difference b/w winning a battle and being stronger. You can't solely decide the winner in a fight based on strength. Law at best is a bit stronger than G3+G2. Law can't hope to put a dent on G4 no matter how much we try to twist reality.:yeah:

Luffy's carelessness becomes a huge advantage for Law so he may win but when you look at their individual capabilities then Law is no match for Luffy.

People think Luffy is gonna jump into this fight using Gear 4th right out of the gate, but he didn't even use Armament Haki when he threw the Gatling, Jet Pistol or when he threw a kick, while pissed off each time, at Mingo. Makes sense.

It's not just comparing their strongest attacks.

Speed-Law has the advantage. He can teleport, and not just himself. Not to mention there hasn't been a single thing Luffy was able to outpace or react to that Law was not.

Durability-Luffy has higher durability, but this is nullified by the fact that Law's powers ignore durability.

Stamina-Luffy might take the edge. Law's stamina is underrated. People take that his powers drain his stamina means he has to have low stamina, when in fact if your powers drain your stamina a lot you need very high stamina to make them useful. The fact that Law can keep on making Rooms after being destroyed by an Admiral and Doflamingo and being beaten down on all day and still do things with his powers which constantly drain his stamina with each use is a testament to it.

Physical strength-Luffy takes this

Intelligence-Please.

Anymore categories, feel free to name them.

Also, Gamma Knife, Shambles, his cutting ability and Mes would defeat Luffy is landed and used right. Law creates a Gamma Knife, switches Luffy or himself behind Luffy, and nails him.

You say that Luffy is just as fast as Mingo, but on what basis? On the fact that Luffy is outpacing a Mingo who's closer to 0% than 100% as a result of Gamma Knife? How do you know that if GK never hit, Doflamingo wouldn't be the one running circles around Luffy?

So much this. The manga has shown time and time again that if Luffy faces someone with a haxed power he has little to no knowledge of, he gets his ass handed to him. The only exception was Enel. In the manga, Luffy has the luxury of coming back after the loss due to it being a story, a luxury he doesn't have in versus threads.

Luffy before G4 landed more hits on Doffy than law did.
And all of Doffy's hits couldn't put him done either, where as Law he lost an arm.
And? What did any of those hits do? Before Gamma Knife, did Luffy land any hits on his own that did anything to Doflamingo? Law failed to do anything against a 100% Doflamingo, as did Luffy.

The only reason Luffy didn't lose an arm is because Doflamingo didn't aim to do that. His beef with Law is personal, so he went the extra mile to torture him. Luffy was just an annoyance who he needed to beat into the ground, and he did so with a couple blows.

And how do you know the opposite? Mingo has never blitzed G2 Luffy in any instance, you always talk about Mingo being weakened but act like Luffy wasn't weakened as well.

And I like how you talk about Laws moves landing as if their going to be so easy to land. G4 can fly above all his rooms and fly down right behind Law and Law won't even know what hit him.

You say Law is faster but on what basis?

Show me instances where G2 luffy was shown to be slower than Mingo.

This dribble again? Weakened from what? Riding a horse and bull? Knocking down some fodder and Bellamy's punches? Luffy is strong enough to knock out Bellamy with one single punch, you really think the damage Bellamy inflicted on him is in any way comparable to having your organs ripped apart by someone moderately close to you?

There's no way to be faster than teleporting without traveling back in time. Unless you think Luffy can time travel through time with sheer speed alone, no, he's not faster than Shambles. I never said that Law can continuously outpace Luffy, but being able to teleport gives him an edge in the speed department.

The fact that a simple string clone could swat away Luffy's Jet Pistol and that Doflamingo could casually move to block a Jet Gatling is proof enough that he has a speed edge on Luffy. Would he be faster than Gear 4? We don't know, and can't say for sure. But we also can't say for sure he'd be slower.

The manga stated he was weakened that's all their is to it, he fought in the coliseum, was moving a lot, and prior to the real fight was getting gang banged by Doflamingo and his clone. You may not think luffy wasn't weakened but the author clearly does.

How is that significant in a battle then with Luffy when all he has to do is react? DD reacted to Law many times, but failed almost every time to hurt touch G4.

Exactly so its completely useless to argue, Luffy also dodged some of DD moves while in G2, neither one of them showed to be slower than the other.

It was a jet pistol from a sitting down Luffy, and it was partial.

Luffy should be a tier above Law right now
If Luffy ever becomes PK would people still shout Law beats him 'comfortably' ? (legit question)
Oh I'm pretty sure of it.

That question doesn't matter to the discussion since Pirate King isn't a rank of power. You could be the single strongest character, but you'd never become pirate king without a crew. Pirate King is simply the captain of the crew that manages to sail all around the world.

The manga stated he was weakened that's all their is to it, he fought in the coliseum, was moving a lot, and prior to the real fight was getting gang banged by Doflamingo and his clone. You may not think luffy wasn't weakened but the author clearly does.
No, that's not all there is to it. If you want to look at it so simplemindedly, you're free to, but anyone who looks at it truly can see that Luffy wasn't weakened to the extent that Doflamingo was.

Luffy fighting in the colloseum doesn't matter, he's said himself that he feels recharged once he eats food, and he ate food after the tournament. Not to mention he got plenty of rest time in-between that.

What is this "before the real fight" nonsense? Damage given to Luffy by Doflamingo doesn't count as Luffy being weakened by an external factor like Gamma Knife was, the comparison isn't legitimate.

How is that significant in a battle then with Luffy when all he has to do is react? DD reacted to Law many times, but failed almost every time to hurt touch G4.
Your biggest flaw is that you keep on comparing Doflamingo while at 100% to Doflamingo while close to 0. Prior to Gamma Knife, Doflamingo could react to Jet Gatling and an inferior clone to swat away a Jet Pistol. Now, Doflamingo cant even notice a Jet Bazooka coming until it's already reached his chest. It's palpably clear Doflamingo's reflexes and reaction speed has dropped since GK. Saying "He could react to Law but not G4" isn't a viable argument.

Exactly so its completely useless to argue, Luffy also dodged some of DD moves while in G2, neither one of them showed to be slower than the other.
Okay

It doesn't matter than he was sitting or that it was a partial Gear 2. You're grasping at Strawhats.
