Clearly Bolt says here that Naruto can use the body flicker technique. In ways it has been said this is like FTG (But on a smaller scale). So obviously Ameno could never actually help Sasuke defeat Naruto because he simply can Flick Himself away from Sasuke and blitz from behind like this

Sasuke on the other hand travels a lot and gets huge amounts of exercise. This makes him thin and fast.

Thin guys > Fat guys in terms of speed.

I disagree, you´re implying a Naruto siting on his fat chumpy ass eating nachos and drinking rootbeer, burping every once in a while as he signs a bunch of papers.

Dunno if you´ve noticed it but Naruto is a very active person, I don´t see the guy being reckless with a body that is supposed to protect his village, that´s character bashing more than a likely truth
