Honest politicians would never get elected and they're in competition with other politicians who will lie to get ahead so they do what they gotta do. Also people will believe in the most ridiculous fantasy over reality because the truth sucks, it's ugly. You may hate corrupted politicians but you would never reward honest ones. If I were to compare it, it's like a girl saying she likes nice guys but always go for the bad boys even when she supposedly hates them. If you're not getting anything positive out of one set of action then it's important to change course, to adapt to your environment. Adapting is what put humans at the top of the food chain and allowed us to progress the way we have. So next time you think you hate a politician, stop yourself and hate the sheeple masses who are supporting that corrupt politician.
