After Kakashi taught Sasuke to mold his chakra into lightning all he had to do next was channel it into his hand and he has Chidori on the other hand Naruto spent days mastering Rasengan never completely doing it because of the high difficulty dude watch his training with Jiraiya and come back and tell me Chidori is still equally as hard to learn as Rasengan or harder okay.

Come on now, Rasengan is the pinnacle of shape transformation let's not forget that. Also it took Minato two years to create the Rasengan in the first place whereas the time it took Kakashi to learn is undefined and he learnt and created it as a chunin 10 year old.

I agree that rasengan Is the more powerful technique considering as wind should lose to lightning and still manages to tie every time if a more skilled Shinobi or more powerful in a sense to Naruto vs Sasuke,maybe it would actually break through the opponents counter attack.
