His chidori is black and it's a ninjutsu and it even cut Madara in half. he has Sage Chakra. when he fought Obito he needed the curse seal to fight for example

Oh ok wasn't clear the curse mark was a sage type power. Thanks everyone! Black Chidori is my favorite technique Sasuke has.

From what I gather curse seal is senjutsu chakra and it makes chidori turn black.
