Today I can finally say Chemistry is over me after taking that regents, but I have a couple of AP Classes Junior Year scheduled. I wanted to know which is the hardest and which is the easiest.

AP Physics B
AP US History
AP Language and Composition
AP Foreign Language

Im not sure about the language class, but I still might as well know a little about it in case they stuff me in that class.

I live in Canada so I don't really know much about the AP thing but it's probably not too different from "University" level high school courses.

If so, Physics is the hardest and History is the easiest. History is just memorization which means there may be a lot of work but physics is just hard in general.

Your school still offers the AP Physics B course?

This is my list from easiest to hardest

1. AP US History just make sure you read the textbook everyday and you are good for the quizzes and tests
2. AP Physics B but I am not sure about this course because I took AP Physics 1 last year and for the next school year I am going to AP Physics C
3. AP Language and Composition or AP English 3- You will be having to take a lot of AP Mc's in this class as well as a lot of essays
4. AP Foreign Language- For me mastering another language was always the Hardest? What Language are you going to take/interested in.

I didn't like AP Chemistry at all mainly because my teacher would just give the Homework in the beginning of class and not teach us anything in the class until I went to her tutorials.

I had AP US history and did ok in it....Its just a lot of material so be ready for not difficult material but just a shit ton of it. You'll have trouble figuring out what exactly is going to be tested on there is so much material. Good experience before college honestly.

I think easiest to hardest depends first on your natural skills, second - your level of interest, and third - the quality of the instructor.

For me, the more writing required, the harder it would seem.

It actually depends on the school and person, each school has a different teaching regimen and each state DEFINITELY has different teaching regimen, it also depends on the person.

From least to greatest here it goes.

AP US: For me I swear this is the third AP class ever after psych and government for me, basically as long as you read and have your noyes you'll be fine. Just remember, definition does change depending on the time frame. For example impressment today is not the same as impressment back in the 1800s, so when using your notes be sure the definition matches with what was back then.

AP physics: Physics as a whole is fun, you'll enjoy this class, this is a bit more demanding than history but you'll be subjugated to taking multiple quizzes but the quizzes are easy, everything should come from the book, it's also good to do dome extra research to broaden your prospective of topics ESPECIALLY for this class, or it will suck...horribly.

AP Lang: My teacher at least made this the mist rigorous course in the school rivaled only by the IB World teacher, the work load is immense but the work itself is easy, if you don't like reading you better begin, also try to read some poetry and analysis here and there but that's more literature. Tedtalks are a big one, and mind maps, try to master the dreaded mind maps ASAP if you can. But AP Lang does help you to write better and to analyze what you're reading and not just reading for the sake of reading. It's a good lass imo, but lit is slightly easier but you'll have to wait until senior year for it.

AP Foreign Language: This class is worst than the Zombie apocalypse, I've heard some people try to take it just because they speak the language, but I speak English but that doesn't make AP Literature easy. Know the respective language well enough that you can hold long conversations in then, because AP French for me was at best hard but I still passed, without that the respective AP foreign class will be hell

Ok.
AP US History
Ah, APUSH. I remeber having to read everyday and do weekly study guides. Then there are papers an AP like exams.

A thing you should know that APUSH and APWH exams are not written the same way. Especially in the written portions:

- APWH's written portion only needs evidence given in the test to get a passing grade.

- AP USH on the other hand, requires that approximately 60% of evidence comes from the exam. The other 40% requires information that you remember reading.

You definitely need to read the textbook constantly and understand the concepts.

VM me for more info.
AP Physics B
AP Physics B doesn't exist anymore. Sorry mate. You can take AP Physics 2 however since its algebra based.
AP Language and Composition
You absolutely have the get the basics down. You have to read and think critically, that's for sure.

VM me for more info.
AP Foreign Language

:lol If it's really difficult to use another language, it's not worth it.

It all comes down how well you are in what areas. If you are well off with math, go for physics. If you can remember and understand history, take APUSH.

I have taken a few AP courses in high school. VM me if you want to know how things go, at least for me.

Plus, here is the main website. College Board will tell you everything you need.

Of the one's you listed, the only AP courses worth taking are physics and AP Lang/Comp.

I've taken AP chem, APUSH, and macroeconomics.

Your junior year is pretty important, but don't overload yourself with a bunch of AP courses because you think it'll impress colleges, because it's not a huge contributing factor.

I wouldn't recommend taking APUSH because as far as learning goes, you actually cover a lot of material in the normal US history classes. A lot of APUSH consists of annoying study guides and reading, which you can do on your own if you're actually interested in the subject.

Public schooling in the US tend to be more focused on you getting a grade vs. learning, so waiting until college to take some classes is actually worth it vs. stressing yourself out junior year for virtually no reason.

Dunno, I've taken 4 years of French and I have nothing to show for it lel. If you want to learn a foreign language, then why the hell not..?

AP English Language and Composition is a breeze. And the test isn't that scary, as long as your hand doesn't cramp up on you while you're writing the essays. Lol

I dropped out of AP US History because my teacher was a real ****. But my friends survived the course, so if that helps at all, go for it.

AP Physics, I hear, is literal hell. The physics teacher at our school is a strict, no-nonsense, Sister (Catholic School :lol ) But apparently the test is also really hard.

That's all.
