So... is Black ops 3 going to be worth it?

I recently saw the multiplayer trailer for the new black ops and while I stopped giving a shit about Call of Duty after I realized modern warfare 3 was a glorified DLC for Modern warfare, But honestly the new gameplay for this actually looks different. But I'd like a second opinion on it.

It always looks different but then you realize it's the same.

Also the fact that it is gonna be for PS3 and XBOX 360 means it might be held back again in terms of quality, again.

I haven't bought the last two COD games but I'm gonna wait and see how this one does.

EDIT: Just watched the multiplayer trailer and it looks very similar to AW. Since you haven't got one since MW3 it might be new to you.

I might get it since I enjoyed the other Black Ops games and I did enjoy playing AW at my friend's house.

Yeah it looks promising. Treyarc makes better cod games than the others so I think you should get it plus they hae zombies if you like that which most people do.

Just wait until the beta comes, you'll be able to see more gameplay and how the games gonna play but as of right now you can't really say anything. Every damn year youtubers are all like this game is gonna be so much different and better than the last but after a one - two month timespan everyone goes back to the old cods. although I do like treyarch over infinityward and sledgehammer I just can't stand exo suits and even though everyone is saying that the new thrust movement isn't the same as exos I just don't believe it anymore bo1 and mw2 were my favs bo2 was alright but it's just dead now since everyone's just sniping going for clips

I think the best CODs were MW and Black Ops. I even regretted buying MW3 at point. I still play MW3 once every few months now that it has that nostalgia vibe though.

The maps,weapons,story and most of all that godly Survival Mode, everything was perfect in that game. WoW was good to from what I heard.

I'll be definitely checking out black ops 3 because it's made by treyarch. I need to play quality zombie games . Now that DLC is coming to PS4 first rather than Xbox One it will be a good deal to me because 1 month is a long time haha.

Yeah the DLC maps were the best. They were so fun to play! Mob of the dead was the best zombie map of BO2.

The wonder weapon was badass, the map was good. The new tools! the shield! the new perk! the atmosphere was really dark at certain place of the map and some creepy ass sounds. 10/10.

Origin was good too and buried.

Bo2 was crap bo1 was better

This bo3 is interesting and it seems the. Zombie mode finally will be interesting

I wish they actually tried and make a story survive several rounds do the objectives and get the heck out of there and on to the next Place. not some boring bs of fight till ya die terrible dialogue and Crap teammates oh and you can't jump on anything

AW made zombie mode fun with the exo suits and the ability to jump climb and Ru around while being chased

I hope it's worth it. I was a bit skeptical once I saw the multiplayer trailer because from what it looked like the game was very fast paced. It also had a fast time to kill, but once I saw the gameplay of actual footage of multiplayer from YouTubers, it felt like this game is going to be really fun to play. I'm just going to wait for the beta but I haven't preordered the game to get the beta code. I hope what happens is they will make it open to the public like they did with the Destiny beta because at first you needed to preorder to get beta access but then you they made it avaliable to public a couple of days later for the Destiny beta. I just hope that happens with the black ops 3 beta.
