No hate, but honestly speaking Hinata is to soft to raise them, Maybe if it was just himawari, but Boruto is a handful, especially if the spoilers are true and boruto throw's cake at them and Hinata doesn't do anything. I don't even think hinata ever hit them before, it was probably Naruto who had to be the to discipline them, so if Naruto is gone, who knows how boruto will act, Boruto is already mad because naruto isn't there that much and he throws mini temper tantrums, so if Naruto dies, who know's what he'll do. That in itself makes me think Naruto won't die, but hypothetically if he does, I doubt Hinata can raise them on her own

OT; Boruto is well behaved, but when it comes to his father, he's outright damn brat that needs a spanking. I can't really say whose at fault here, because kids act like this, kids lash out when they feel neglected, when they are angry, when they are sad, even more so in the spoilers it says that Boruto throws a cake/piece of cake because Naruto promised to be there for Himawari's birthday, and he was running late.

It doesn't justify his actions completely, but it shows he cares for them, but expresses it in a bad way, like a douche. He hides his feelings, but outwardly he expresses them physically and verbally. He needs someone to teach him life and death, honestly, he needs to lose everything to appreciate what he has.
