I just think Sasuke's cool down was lifted seeing how even though his ocular powers had weakened Sasuke still had no problems using it.

The denial is real

I'll start off by ending people's main argument which is ''They have only shown taijutsu in the manga!'' now tbh. this argument is dumb and shouldn't even be called an argument but still, it's all they've got. Saying that is like saying ''Sasuke has never shown Naraka Path (one of the six paths of the Rinnegan)'' or ''Madara cannot use Shinra tensei (another one of the six paths) because he hasn't shown it!'' Like it's obvious that they can use it but just because they haven't shown it doesn't mean they can't use it, just like Yomotsu Hirasaka.

My second argument comes from the 4th Databook, in the Databook, it says and i quote ''Not only will the jutsu user gain a duplicate of himself with an equal ability'' You can't arue that this is hyperbole because this is nt hype, this is describing a jutsu.

Now my third and final argument is that this was in the game, Kishi was helping in creating the game and i quote ''he oversees things as a supervisor, and if he has any feedback, CyberConnect2 implements them, they are currently working with him to see what new ideas he has for his next Naruto manga project''

Who needs databook? It's not like we using a guide book for a video game. Everything is in the manga

Everyone knows the databook is a joke. He clearly jumped more than 10 meters when using Susano'o with the jutsu.

I think the cool down is necessary, it keeps Sasuke from relying on OP jutsu like a toddler. Now he can solo in base mode as well as Rikudou mode.
