Can Naruto make other bijuu avatars?

He's a pseudo jin, like that priest from the beginning of Shippuden that nobody cares about.

If possessing a small amount of chakra from the tailed beasts makes you a "partial jinchuuriki" or "pseudo jinchuuriki", then a "partial jinchuuriki" or "pseudo jinchuuriki" cannot manifest the Bijuu Avatar. Plus, Avatar is an ability exclusive to Kurama. Even actual jinchuurikis of other bijuus can't make the Bijuu Avatar.

Okay, I understand. But partial/pseudo jinchuuriki couldn't manifest the Avatar even if the other Bijuus had that ability. That's just minimal amount of chakra given to Naruto to execute some techniques, and manifest TSBs as a side effect.

Naruto is only the jinchuriki of Kurama - he can use the Kurama avatar because they have mutual trust in each other.
The other bijuu have given Naruto chakra and willingly help him, but they were never sealed in him.

I wish I could say I agree. But that's all speculation. We'll never know if a pseudo jin of a bijuu would be able to manifest the avatar because no pseudo jin has been a transcendent of Ashura. And our common ground is that the other bijuu don't have the capability. So we just wouldn't know if a pseudo jin could or could not manifest an avatar because we don't have any facts to come up with a theory.
