They somehow obtained hagaromos eyes that mustve been taken after he died.

And Now they want naruto for defeating their grandmother and her will.

I don't think any1 can implant Hagoromo's double Rinnegan becuase the chakra of it is incredible and the 1 who isn't the original wielder can't use it's full power...
Obito almost got killed by 1 Rinnegan eye of Madara,and Madara's Rinnegan is just a Kekei Genkai...
Only Hamura and Kaguya can do that,i don't think that guy is the descedant of Hamura...
