Sasuke has two types of PS

Normal PS
Bijuu PS

He can also use Enton with it,aswell as Amenotejikara,and Preta Path, whereas Madara never displayed elements with his Susano'o, and said he couldn't use Preta Path while having Susano'o activated.

And apparently Sasuke can use his Susano'o to jump himself along with multiple people to other dimensions.

We have never seen Madara use perfect susanoo with his Rinnegan

We only can base from what we have seen and since Sasuke is Narutos training partner/fodder buddy we cant determine from what we have seen

We never saw Madara to use PS with power up of Rikudou.
