Look at the last picture you posted. Like you said, Madara's full body PS would dwarf Kurama. Maybe like be 2-3 times the size of Kurama. and also 2-3 times the size of mokujin. Because mokujin is the same size as Kurama.

Here madara's PS is the size of Mokujin. Also Sasuke's legged Susanoo was the size of Yang kurama. Yet, even after going PS, still somehow the same size. We know how it scales up in size, so All this makes no sense, unless PS size can be altered. This makes sense because the shape of PS can be altered(madara and Sasuke wrapping kurama in PS) and therefore it's size.

Indra's traits were divided amongst his descendants so that they each specialize in a special feat. Itachi= Genjutsu - Sasuke = Ninjutsu - Madara = Susanoo

Logically, Madara will always have the bigger PS like Sasuke having the better skill with elements and Itachi having the most powerful genjutsu

The are the same size. And all PS have wings as the Databook IV has stated. See those two large plated chakra arms behind Madara's PS's back? Those can be changed into wings.

The only difference would be power. At EMS level, Sasuke and Madara's PS would be at the same level. After receiving the Sage's Chakra -which is closer to Natural Energy because of the Juubi being his predecessor - his PS will have much more power output. The defense should remain the same.
