[Question] Fate/stay night

So I started watching it and there's this mere flash back about the black haired dude, And he seemed pretty important to the story, so I'm asking am I in the right watching order?cause there's this other fate series called zero or something like that.

Would appreciate if someone tells me which one to watch first(even though I'm already in episode 3 in fate/stay night but meh)

Anime only: F/SN UBW > HF movie > Zero.

Yeah you are. Zero is like a prequel. I watched zero first because a friend recommended it, but you are watching it in the intended order.

Fate/zero is the best. Especially that holy grail discussion episode about what is a true King. I wish there was a episode like that on Naruto. A serious conversation about what is a Kage would've been lovely.
