Toneri hasn't shown any counter to Kamui whatsoever, while kakashi just phases trough any atack Toneri makes. Toner's summon is matched with PS and Kamui shurikens.

Toneri's durability is really low since he lost to BSM Naruto's punch, so a kamui enhaced raikiri spanks his ass.

kamui shurikens are evaded, moon slicing beam wrecks susanoo, his shunshin is faster than kakashi, added with TCM sensing/reflexes he reacts to kamui and either blocks it with TSB shield or just evades it,
TSB attacks should intercept kakashis kamui movements, till he eventually lands an orb on kakashis chest and finishes him off,

Kakashi just phases trough moon piercing atack and TSB. Don't forget they can't touch him. So toneri being able to destroy kakashi's susano is irrelevant, since kakashi would only be using it if he has to face the summon (now that i think about it, the summon gets decapitated with kamui, so no need for PS here).

Kamui raikiri is the move that ends the fight, while Kakashi aproachs Toneri with a really high speed, any counter atack toneri makes won't be usefull, since they would just slip trough kakashi's body, as kakashi still aproaches him with a dangerous raikiri on his hand. If he protects himself with TSB kakashi ´phases trough them as well or warps the TSB away with kamui as he did to assist Gai against Madara.

Kakashi casually phases through all Toneri's firepower thanks to Kamui, then blitzes with Kamui Raikiri. Or just long range Kamui GG, the space-time barrier is faster than Kaguya's S/T which is too fast for Rinnegan Sasuke.
