Hello guys, I know that after reading title of my thread you will think I am going to wank Hagoromo or blindly fanboy over him because most people have known me as Hagoromo fanboy 
, but I assure you that none of these things will happen and it will be all supported with manga's scans/statements. Here we go:
^^ The Divine blade of The Sage of six paths called Nunoboku was once in Obito's possesion as he was hyping it.
^^ The same sword who was supposedly used to create the world. Here of course some people will scream bullshit and pure hype as Hagoromo was born in this world so he couldn't create it when it has been existing long before his birth.
It is true, however there is also another translation using rather word "reshape" the world instead of creating it.
Before someone bring me scan of Naruto and Sasuke breaking Nunoboku with Sussano infused kurama sword, I want to remind all of you that this sword is sword of soul and depends on strong feelings of wielder and we know Obito was going to break eariler or latter so he just made himself fail.
But why there could be even need for that ?. Unless great destruction happened to the world of Narutoverse.
^^ Indeed Hagoromo and Hamura had to battle Juubi which was combination of their mother and Tree with God Tree having control somehow, instead of Kaguya.
^^ Both Hagoromo and Hamura used powerfull seals to mark her and restrict her movements while Hagoromo casted CT using seals as center of gravity attraction making moon.
Juubi's power:

Even if by some luck you believe Juubi didn't use any TBB to bring destruction trying to kill Hagoromoa and Hamura in their battle. Neither it had time to use Ten penchi or other destructive attacks, noone of you can refute what destruction to planet could bring creation of the moon alone.
Just look at the scale of destruction/amount of ground Moon took to be created...
^^ Comparing The Moon to tailed beasts..., Can you see how big fourth part(assuming) was big in compare to the tailed beasts.
CONCLUSION : Considering scale of destruction Incomplete Juubi could bring, just imagine Complete Juubi being around continent level, Adding creation of Moon The word was greatly destroyed in other words Hagoromo as TTH need to recreate at least whole continent, possibly recreating whole world landscape, elements excluding planet's core itself.
