Depends on how you define strength. If you mean who can make things go boom more, Luffy. He has more brute strength. But if you define strength by capabilities like Bogard and I do, they're just about even. They accomplish pretty much the same things, they just do it in different ways. Luffy had to beat down Doflamingo for 20 minutes to accomplish the same effect Gamma Knife did. It's obvious that Law and Luffy are on even terms.

In a fight, it can go either way. The longer the fight goes on, the more it favors Luffy. Law can probably make it through a Gear 4 assault, but would be just as bad a state as Luffy when it's over. And he could probably do something to beat Luffy while that, but that is pretty unlikely. On the other hand, Luffy's recklessness and brute style favors to Law's advantage.

Brawlers in general have a difficult time facing against Law. Gamma Knife can turn the tables around easily for Law, which shouldn't be that hard to land.

Luffy was able to speed blitz Doflamingo while in G4, so Law would have a lot of trouble hitting Luffy.

Doflamingo had no difficulty when he went close range and opted for some 'brawling' Law was completely helpless
Gamma knife landing a hit on Luffy? Law never used gamma knife cause he knew it wouldn't work alone. A distraction in the form of another person was the only way it was effective, and Luffy has around the same speed as Doffy.

Yeah, I'm not denying that. I never said it would be easy, it just won't be as difficult as some people make it out to be. I'm confident a healthy Law can hold off gear 4th till it reaches it's cooldown. Better yet, he can attack Luffy as he transforms to gear 4th.

Gear 4 Luffy has shown to be faster than Law, and Luffy can use G4 for about 20 minutes so I don't think Law could survive through that, especially if he has taken damage before Luffy goes G4. Gear 4 takes like 1 second to activate, so I don't think that would be much of an opening for Law.

This cld go either way, Luffy definatley has the destroy most stuff part down but Law is overaly tricky and dont forget he too can be hella destructive and in targeted areas at that.

If u just look at the destruction illustrations then Luffy right about high diff especialy with G4, but Law is a real pain for pple who fight like Luffy and he too is fast and has some catastropic attacks on a large(PH) and body wise scale(Gamma Knife) though g4 is plenty overwhelming(cldnt luffy shneider/kong law out of his room? with how far he was hurling Dofla in mind I ask)
