Sakura Punch >>> Base Rasengan > Base Chidori. Sakura's punches have far more destructive power and range if she strikes the ground. Rikudo enhanced Rasengan/Chidori are obviously better, though.

Rasengan is more effective as it can be fused with other elements, and can also have its size manipulated.

Hm, I was thinking of the hospital fight scene in Part 1 when I said that... Although I suppose if you use the SRA fight instead then you would be correct.

Yup. That was when Sasuke was weaker. Every other clash after him getting his boost from Orochimaru has shown them to be dead equal.

Well, Sasuke's Chidori did bust through a Meteor and Naruto's Rasengan from what has been shown throughout the manga is equal to Sasuke's Chidori, so I'd assume they're stronger than Sakura's Punch.

Without the Rikudo boost, Sakura's punch is greater than a normal Rasengan and Chidori.
