I worded that wrong. I meant to say Sasuke chakra control is only rivaled by the sage. Naruto isn't on that level as stated by Kurama. Yes it is indeed hilarious the guy who gets handed knowledge is still inferior to Sasuke in that aspect.

If we were to take Bolt's words as manga facts then you are admitting that Naruto was stronger than Sasuke based on what he just said. "How did you surpass my father" implying Naruto was stronger.

Hopefully we all know that that's just what Bolt believes seeing how Naruto is the more humble one of the two and not to mention if we go by appearance it would make sense that people would assume Sasuke is superior. That's not the case though.
