His curiosity piqued he leisurely strode over towards the figure, who upon closer inspection appeared to be a young shinobi. Stopping several meters away, Orochimaru cocked his head to the side slightly as he silently studied the man. Noting his demeanour and his striking red hair, a small smile appeared on Orochimarus face.
An Uzumaki? How rare...your cells could prove useful to me.
With the little warning that gave Orochimaru attacked, forming a single handseal he caused the water on the ground a couple meters behind the man to spin and rise up into a serpent that would then attempt to attack him before he can react.
Orochimaru doesn't let up however as he forms one further hand seal, condensing and maintaining lightning onto his hand before continuing with a simple waving motion. This releases hundreds of lightning senbon at his target, making sure to also cover the area immediately around him aswell to complicate dodging.

The falling rain soothed Kagura's troubled heart as the relaxing sound of the droplets breaking on the ground resonated all around him. Tranquil, he wanted no part of the shinobi before him, but recognizing the man he knew he couldn't let this opportunity go for it was one that didn't happen in everyone's life span and when it didn't only a few have lived to talk about it. The chance to kill the most wanted Legendary Sannin, Orochimaru. The man's talk of the Uzumaki's cells slightly threw him off as he realized that losing this battle could mean becoming a test subject to the overgrown snake before him, but his racing thoughts were broken by the sound of moving water happening behind him. In response Kagura swiftly glanced over his shoulders before waving the Tiger hand seal as he manipulated his chakra into the earth suddenly causing wide earthen platform to rise beneath him also pushing him into the air above the oncoming river created which is stopped in its tracks. The platform uses all of short range around Kagura as it forms a sort of cube that rose 5m in the air putting the Uzumaki who is standing on top of that structure slightly above short range. The snake now had a electric charged palm pointed at Kagura who had placed his left hand on his right blade in response to the release of the lightning needles. With one fluid motion he unsheathed his sword while channeling wind chakra into it creating a powerful wind vortex to surround him creating a suitable defense for the Sannin's attack.

As he said this Orochimaru further manipulated the chidori in his hand, pointing his hand forwards he caused a blade of lightning to quickly extend out and pierce his target. But his target was not his opponent, he instead caused his lightning blade to pierce through the earth formation underneath Kagura. This causes it to start to crumble and break, throwing the Uzumaki off balance. Orochimaru doesn't stand idle however, as soon as he had pierced the rock he whipped his hand upwards quickly cutting through the rock and even slicing his opponent in half from underneath while he would still be recovering from his lack of footing.

Pulling a special kunai from his pouch he then threw it towards Orochimaru where it then released a plethora of smoke within the air that engulfed the human snake once it exploded within short range of him.

The seal itself is a circle of kanji surrounding the kanji for "Divine" in the middle. The user himself is the seal and can manifest it in any part of his body he wishes. The seal only works against Water techniques and is a very good defense against them. The seal activates and draws in any nearby water technique into himself, storing both the water and the chakra it contained inside of it. The seal can then serve multiple purposes: -Reverence of God: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to boost the damage of another water technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique, he does the handseals or rituals, needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is the water technique that the user performed with the addition of damage of the technique he had absorbed. The damage added is equal to the chakra points absorbed. Can be used 2 times. -Divine Will: The user will use the sealed, chakra infused, water to combo with another elemental technique. Once he has absorbed an enemy technique he does the handseals or rituals needed for his own technique and, instead of its normal release, releases the technique from the seal itself (generally manifesting it in his hands). The end result is an elemental combo of both water and the element of the technique he performed. As the man absorbed the water he also throws a kunai towards Orochimaru. In reaction the Sannin threw his own kunai to meet it in the air, deflecting it away in the middle of the two men. Orochimaru continued by stringing together a short set of handseals as the Uzumaki landed on the ground. From around Kagura, small stone platforms would rise and on them tornado's of lightning would form and begin to spin and close in on him.

Description: The user will perform three hand seals, and then raise ten, flat rectangular pieces of stone from the ground in a circle formation bordering the outside of short range around the opponent. The rectangular stones protrude no higher than the ground, being compared to something like a concrete sidewalk. After they rise to the ground, the user will create large tornadoes of lightning on top of each stone rectangle that shoot up seven feet into the air. This is achieved by the user channeling lightning chakra into the stone, similar to the action in Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. As they appear, they begin to rapidly spin around the inside of the circle of stones, converging on the opponent. Once successfully converged around the opponent, the tornadoes combine into one massive fifteen foot tornado, creating a deadly electrical explosion.

Orochimaru's eyes narrowed as he observed the man seemingly absorb his water technique into himself. He's going to be troublesome. As the man absorbed the water he also throws a kunai towards Orochimaru. In reaction the Sannin threw his own kunai to meet it in the air, deflecting it away in the middle of the two men. Orochimaru continued by stringing together a short set of handseals as the Uzumaki landed on the ground. From around Kagura, small stone platforms would rise and on them tornado's of lightning would form and begin to spin and close in on him.

After absorbing the water some small pillars rise in the area around Kagura before releasing lightning tornadoes that begin to converge upon him and he reacts by swiftly waving 5 hand seals as he manipulates the earth underneath him. The ground suddenly rises lifting the Uzumaki into the air as he rides an earth dragon directly upwards in order to escape certain death as the lightning tornadoes clash. He then curves the dragon downwards towards Orochimaru as he traverses towards him at a downwards angle with the intent to crash the dragon into him. Making sure to aim the projectile right, Kagura then jumps off once within 5m, as he begins to descend as the earth dragon continues on its course. Upon jumping off he waved a simple hand seal before releasing four dragon head shaped fireballs that are aimed to impact various angles around the Seropent's body, from above, his sides, and direct at him, all hitting simultaneously.

However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

Description: An elemental lightning technique based around shape manipulation. The basic concept is, the user will erect a chain, or spear of lightning, out of a users own preexisting lightning technique (not including Chidori). Lightning techniques such as Thunder Dragon Tornado and Lightning Beast Running Technique (and other humanoids) will be able to compliment this technique well, having spear(s) or chain(s) come out the body, for various tasks. This technique is meant to compliment lightning techniques that are focused, or self-sustaining techniques. Some form of lightning combined with other elements (dual elemental technique) can also work with this technique in logical forms. The spear and/or chain are different actually. The spear more lethal, and meant to pierce and deliver serious damage to the opponent (similar to False Darkness Spear), and the chain can actually bind and shock the opponent, paralyzing them in place. Each can reach up to mid range in distance. The user can decide where to raise, and aim the artillery. The user can also decide to control them and continuously move them around the body of the technique (through mental command). A drawback is the user can never perform both a chain and a spear on the same technique, as well as if they decide to erect more of the same shape on a technique, they would have to drain more chakra. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of created chains/spears.

Description:
The user will form the Ox>Boar>Dragon hand seals and focus their chakra into a point in the earth around them up to short range, and from the ground a simple C rank stone golem will emerge. This golem is 1m tall and due to the strong minerals it is composed of it is as strong as a standard strong fist taijustu user. Although at the same time due to the golems strength paired with its relatively small size and light weight it is able to move at speeds slightly exceeding the base of its user. This golem seems almost ordinary at first glance but it is imbued with a single special property, when earth is avaliable it is able to create an exact duplicate of itself once per turn. This duplication ability is not limited to the original golem however, each of its clones can make duplicates of themselves as well.
During each turn each golem will be able to duplicate itself once, slowly growing into an army at the users disposal. Once there are multiple golems already created they are each able to work separately, together as a team and even interlock together to form bigger and stronger versions of themselves. The more golems that are used for each action the higher the overall rank of it will be(Max of S rank.) The golems will passively feed off the users chakra to both maintain their autonomy and to further create more duplicates. Due to their nature they act without the users direction and therefore leave the user free to act independently of them but whenever the golems do act it will cost the user one of his moves in that turn.

Nice earth custom. You tryna slide that? :| His escape had felt so believable until he heard the sound of lightning enclosing in on him from below and he turned to see his current predicament. Kagura unsheathed his two swords as he jumped off of the now out of control earth dragon and into the air above the enclosing chains before rotating both swords at swift speeds while channeling his wind chakra into them. Swinging both of his rotating swords towards the mayhem, Kagura released two rings of wind that merge and combine into one larger ring that begins to multiply rapidly forming a circle of rings that expands the more it descends. The power of the wind ring formation would be enough to cancel out the entire lightning onslaught creating a large explosion of wind currents that insulates the lightning while producing an aftermath gust that pushes the Uzumaki away and towards his target as he re-sheathed his swords.

Channeling elemental chakra along their edges, being rather swift like many other Magirawashi kenbu techniques, the user will form two separate rings of chakra that can be fired towards the opponent at great speeds. Upon contact or when triggered the chakra rings explode amounting to a collective A rank power, but the true feats of the ring's ability can be achieved through further manipulation as they traverse. Once launched the user can manipulate the rings causing them to swiftly multiply creating various formations that can be used for tactical attacks as they travel forwards, or halting the ring to even trap the target within its field as it multiplies. Each ring by itself can multiply into numerous rings creating formations of various shapes, styles, and sizes, but they can never exceed a 3m diameter. If desired the user can merge both rings as they are fired, the small ring doubling in size, enhancing its capabilities so that it now does full S rank power and is able to multiply within a 6m diameter. The rings multiply quite rapidly, being able to create its formations within moments as each additional ring multiplies, and they are able to be made out of either fire, wind, or earth due to the destructive properties these elements carry. Fire chakra causes a fiery explosion while wind chakra makes the rings burst into a gale of slicing currents. The earth chakra is unique when it comes to this jutsu as the elements brute blunt force is transformed into a form of blunt kinetic energy that is released upon exploding that can cause great blunt damage to the human body damaging skin, muscles, bones, etc. if contact is made. Kagura claps his hands before landing, and upon landing he expands his barrier made purely of chakra outwards grasping the battlefield. As he lands he reaches for a kunai that he then throws directly towards his opponent before waving a series of hand seals while focusing his chakra into the ninja tool. The kunai then multiples into a thousand copies which enter into short range of you as a very large swarm of kunai that covers an expansive range. Following this onslaught is non other than the Paladin, ready for war.

This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

Watching as you narrowly defend yourself from the mayhem of lightning he created, Orochimaru continues creating his golems, unperturbed. As the golem is created and duplicates itself, the first golem grabs hold of the second and using its strength it throws its clone through the air at you. Aimed to slam into you before you would reach the ground, the golem would wrap its arms and legs around you as it slammed into you, attempting to crush you. As this happens Orochimaru continued by stomping on the ground, causing three pillars of fire to erupt from underneath you, the first two would be focused upon you while the third would be a couple meters behind you.
