[Discussion] One Piece - Gear Fourth is admiral level boost?

With luffy's new gear 4th transformation he can expand his muscles and coat them in armament haki. While in this form he also can still retain his elasticity making it so physical attacks literally bounce off of him. This is a deadly combo which allowed him to quickly overwhelm and take doflamingo out with low-diff once the technique was actually used. Doflamingo's power has been proven to be above vice-admiral but below admiral, as shown when he solos many powerful characters such as Law, Smoker, and other characters with low difficulty, while he knows and some characters have stated that characters like Kaido, one of the Yonko, would wipe the floor with him.

What do you guys think? Could he take on maybe Fujitora or Akainu?

You're talking about a severely weakened Doflamingo wasn't even at half strength. If it wasn't for hubris and Doffy actually having an interest in Gear 4, he could have finished off Luffy as he was transforming. He had ample time and opportunity.

If Luffy Perfect G4 then he can take on any Admiral once he awaken his devil fruit he wil be able to take on a Yonko... G4 is an Admiral Level its already proven, and one more thing Doffy isn't afraid of Admirals, so far he hasn't showed any fear on Admirals, and when ppl say he ran away from Aokiji they are exegarating, he dint Run, he jst avoided fightin him.

That fight was not worth it, he could have suffered Damage for something he dint need to do, he fought smoker becouse he knew he was way weaker than him, and Aokiji was different.

That doesn't really matter. If he kills Luffy, then he's killed Luffy. It doesn't matter if he does it by exploiting a weakness of G4. These guys don't care about who is gonna be considered stronger, they care about who's gonna be in the coffin when the fight's over.

Yeah that's true, but can Luffy activate G4 instantly now? In the current chapter he did.

Luffy was still training with Rayleigh, so he wasn't as strong as he is now when facing that beast.
