Sasuke said it himself this chapter, he is confident that she is strong and he thinks by the time they reach her she would have taken care of business. I've said this since chapter 5 and Sasuke only clarified it.

She knocked out Shin with 1 punch he needed surgery, and now that he is healed she is still confident as hell cracking her knuckles.
