During Naruto vs Sasuke, Kurama said that Sasuke's rinnegan wasn't fully developed. Now after like 12+ years he is really strong now. When Nagato has Rinnegan, he only had the basic moves because it wasn't his, when Madara got his rinnegan back he did medium lvl moves of the rinnegan. When Kaguya had Rinnegan in her forehead, she did god lvl moves. Since Sasuke has a more advance version of Rinnegan than Madara, he must have more moves we didn't see. To me Naruto vs Sasuke wasn't very fair because Sasuke didn't fully develop his Rinnegan. So. Now he must have moves that are like stronger than Madara's Limbo and Ringo. If Naruto and Sasuke fight again, it would be an equal match. And he'll have a move that can even counter Naruto's Sage Art: Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken jutsu. And since Sasuke and Kaguya can teleport to different dimisions, what else can Sasuke do that Kaguya can do aswell. Like that Gudodama space-time thing.
