Okay before the bashing starts just think about what we have seen during the war Arc of Shippuden.
Sasuke was dead/or dying and Kabuto saved his life by using his own body and chakra.

What do we know about Kabuto at this point in this story? He used DNA from multiple Ninja's in order to become more powerful. One of these Ninja was Karin; Links:

So in conclusion, Kabuto passed some of his DNA into Sasuke which included some of Karin's DNA - & when Sasuke mated with Sakura he passed on his DNA plus the DNA of Karin, Suigetsu and whoever else's DNA was inside of Kabuto. I am positive that if the test used Suigetsu's DNA it would also find a 'MATCH!' lol
P.S. how many times has Sasuke bitten Karin in order to get healed? Yes, it is her chakra that heals you but does anyone know and can explain the entire process in it's entirety? I mean, he still has to bite her which means he is actually sucking up some of her blood *shrugs* Just some food for thought.
On a separate note, it will be really interesting to see how Kishi will play this one out if Karin remains "the mother"lol But I just wanted to shine a little light where no one else seems to be looking; especially because I think he is just miss-leading the masses only to troll us all later on down the line :snick:
