The arguing about children I believe was set up by Kishi to be as a comedic relief between Naruto and Sasuke, but yeah something definetely felt weird at the end of the chapter.

Sometimes when a chapter is out, the translations are quite poor and naruto could have been using a certain tone of voice when asking why sasuke's eye power was deactivated, so in retaliation sasuke yells at him for bringing the kids, because naruto certainly isnt "mr perfect."

I could see this happening. Imagining that reminds me a little of Hashirama and Madara. I don't really get what Sasuke's talking about though. In which fight did Naruto scare the children?

He said that they needed to talk, but that could have meant that Naruto found out something important. I could also see the translation being inaccurate, though, and Naruto shouting out that Sasuke had some explaining to do.

I think Naruto was clearly talking with Orochimaru. It makes all sense if it is like this, Orochimaru is the one that went after children and did experiments on them.

The susanoo might be a vessel to Quantum jump.

sasuke's outburst came from naruto criticizing him for "losing" and regaining his eye powers.

This translation is incorrect. You should check VIZ translation thread. Indra posted it today or yesterday. Ask him if you can't find it. They said slightly different things and their dialogue made sense
