Hello again everybody and welcome back to another theory and I can already feel the demonic auras of you all and can see pitchforks outside my window but bare with me here.
Oda does NOT like killing off characters in general. He only does it if he has to and that's when its to advance the plot. So ask yourself, what does Monet dying do for the plot?
Nothing. She is an important piece for advancing the plot while being alive.
For those who don't want to click the link, Monet's death was very ambiguous on PH. We were led to think that Caesar stabbed her heart but....
The shive thing Caesar used to stab the heart actually missed and is lodged into the ground next to the heart. He only scrapped the side of it. When committing murder in that way, I do think its better to leave the weapon lodge inside the heart and I doubt that Casear in his state would stab the heart and then press the weapon into the ground for no reason. If your wondering why Monet passed out, well even Law passed out when pressure was suddenly applied to his heart.
There is also a 15% chance of someone surviving a shallow stab to the heart.
Also, Monet was last seen in a collapsing C Block, built was never shown if the block collapsed of not. Monet was also safe from the poisonous Shinokuni since C Block was safely closed off. One more thing, Oda does not do off-screen deaths. Yes Monet collapsed on-screen, but that was her fainting from the pressure on her heart.
In Chapter 666, Monet had 2 books with the titles cut off; one saying "ASTRO" and the other "CLIP." These names are short for Astronomy and Eclipse.
Monet will return during the end of Dressrosa, but do to here losing her memories of Doflamingo(Sugar turning him into a toy) she will instead travel with the SHs and help with Kaidou. When Kaidou is beaten, she will leave with Sabo, Koala and Hack to join the revolutionaries.

OP follows a lot of Greek Mythology and the Ancient Kingdom is based off Atlantis who was ruled by Atlas.
Atlas was the titan of Astronomy and Navigation.
I also believe that all of the moons(except Enel's) are artificial. When Enel returns, he will kidnap Vegapunk to restore technology to the moon but he will be beaten and his maxim will be destroyed. Vegapunk will use Maxim to construct a mini ship to visit the moons and finds out that they are entirely technological.
In Elbaf, Robin will discover the a Ponegylph with info explaining that Pluton was created for destroyed the Red Line. After the SHs find the Pluton, the WG will execute their WG takeover/Global Government Expansion plan and the SHs will be caught in the middle. Tey will be saved by the Revolutionaries and will be brought to Baltigo where they will meet Dragon, Vegapunk and Monet, who is Vegaounk's new secretary.
The SHs will lay low in order to wait for the seas to stabilize a little as they prepare for war against the government. Robin will tell everyone about the purpose of Pluton but Nami the Navigator will disagree, as she knows what destroying the Red Line would do to the weather. The sudden and rapid change of the sea levels would make the world a permanent natural disaster. Hurricanes, sea levels will heavily rise, super volcanoes, tsunamis, earthquakes and there would be an eclipse.
Monet the Astronomer will bring up a solution to that problem: a Paradigm Shift. A paradigm shift will only occur is the moons of the OP world align perfectly to calm the seas. Monet is the ONLY person who can predict the next moon alignment.
With his mini ship, Vegapunk very well may take Monet with him to the moon. Nico Robin and Monet well get along quite well as they are similar and she will go with them(the whole SH crew might do as well). While on the moon, Monet can predict the next moon alignment more accurately and Robin will discover this:

When Luffy becomes PK, the Revs and WG will prepare for war and of course, everyone will go over the plan. The Revs HAVE to strike and destroy the Red Line just before the alignment or else the world would be in chaos(or they have no choice but to let the Red Line be and freedom wont be realized). Even Monet has no idea when another alignment will occur as it can take another hundred years. That will be the time limit scenario. Defeat the WG and destroy the Red Line just before the Paradigm Shift.
