Sasuke told Karin to f off before. And he obviously likes sakura at 700. I seriously doubt sasuke cheat on queen sakura with a weak woman

When Karin tried to molest sasuke while sasuke recruiting her, she made her move and sasuke said f off
He said sorry to Karin one time while to sakura multiple times. And chapter 699 sorry is very sincere. Sasuke tapped sakura , is a show of his love. Sasuke knows sakura loves him, and he accepting her at 700, but he has to be away on a mission. The mission to solo kaguya, not getting on with Karin
Karin is deffinitely not my favorite character (her antics always seemed creepy to me, I could never ever found the "joke" in her pseudo implied rape antics); but I deffinitely would never ever make something so abhorrent happen to her.
With this scenario you´re basically validating her as the ultimate fangirl and Sasuke as the ultimate idiot (begs Sasu to give her the D, he gives it to her out of pity and then she discards the unwanted result -A.K.A. Sarada- of such action to go on her merry way with Orochi like nothing even matters?)
This is not even worthy of the most denigrating latin american soap opera (and believe me being one I´ve seen my fair share of cringeworthy ones)...

News to you: this doesn´t make Naruto, Hinata or their family "better". They´re a different, but not "better" (Boruto is still a ridiculous brat, sorry).
@Endles: Iwas thinking something along those lines myself this morning. The chapter deffinitely put a hiatus and mantained the mistery in regards to the momma drama. For Sakura, Sasuke and Karin´s sake (especially the last two) this better have some good explanation, Sakura being the Bio mom or surrogacy are the best bets if we are trying to make damage control.
Nope he said sry to both sakura and karin once, also sasuke told sakura to f off, when she cried "I love u" by saying she is useless he cant understand why she loves him.
So yep he was on mission karin probably went with him, than they started to fall for each othet and had sadarra

I believe the kiss topic was brought up for a reason, a kiss scene which made Sakura sad (departure scene probably) might be referenced later when Sasuke and Sakura start talking about what actually happened.
That panel in the flashback where Sasuke and Sakura seemed to be helping little Sarada walk, I believe that was a subtle hint of what is to come, the reveal that they were all together when Sarada was a baby. (we do not see a left arm on him, all we see is a small part of it which was probably the cut off point, notice how he is conveniently on her left side thus holding her with his right arm) Sarada was remembering things in chronological order, from youngest to oldest, so that memory of her being helped by her mother and father was fuzzy because she was too young and it was before she could remember properly, which is probably around the time Sasuke left. Many people got this reference.
(The mere fact that Sarada keeps questioning when will her dad come back should tell you something, he was there and she loved him a lot and just misses him)
Kishi is playing us, he is conveniently not having Sasuke, Sakura, or Karin be present at the relevant moments to explain things and not allowing Sasuke to give us answers just yet (Naruto says "later, we save Sakura first") because otherwise the plot would end prematurely and he wants to stretch this mystery for as long as possible.
It is way too convenient to have Sakura, Sasuke, and Karin absent at the DNA test scene and during Naruto and Sarada's interaction. Coupled with the fact that Kishi is purposefully having both Sasuke and Sakura constantly remind us of their marriage and their love. :lol I can see where this is going.
