I highly doubt they are in the ice, acid, gravity or desert dimension. So lava dimension (has a castle) or the normal mountainous dimension that links all dimensions together? Sasuke's dimension shifting isn't on Kaguya's level tho. He's probably using the susanoo head to transport everyone there whereas Kaguya can drag everyone on a whim.

Can't be weird, as according to the Databook, the sage merely gave them forms: the chakra (and its properties) were already there. He simply gave them physical properties:

Ying Yang/Onmyouton page:
