That would depend on which admiral, if he can actually hit them with it, I would say it could probably do a lot of damage.

The problem is surviving long enough to hit them with it.

The Color admiral trio can tank it in my opinion. Akainu survived a quake punch, Aokiji is nearly on par with Akainu, Kizaru got knocked back by a kick from marco that seemed pretty powerful and he got up without a scratch.

Fuji could probably throw the trajectory of the punch off or slow it down with Gravity

How do you know that they didn't take a break? It is impossible for your body to stay awake for 10 days with no rest.

Fighting for 10 days has nothing to do with actually getting harmed. Luffy would at least harm an Admiral with this attack whether it does significant damage or not.

It's a city level attack just like Sanzen Sekai. It will damage them if they take it full on but not much. Akainu was capable to take 2 island level attacks from Whitebeard before ending up fighting the nearly entirety of Whitebeard commanders and other admirals should be comparable to him in durability
