Come on, do you guys honestly believe that Karin is Sarada's mother? When Gaiden was first announced, do you remember that there were released sketches of Sasuke and Naruto's families?

Why would they make such sketch about Sasuke's family, if Sakura isn't the mother of his daughter? Also, how come Naruto didn't know that Sarada isn't Sakura's daughter? It implies that he saw Sakura pregnant and knew that she's Sarada's mother. Pregnancy is for 9 months, it's either he lied to Sarada and Suigetsu that he didn't know, or he didn't see Sakura for the whole 9 months of her pregnancy. In fact, it was neither, he didn't lie to them, because he saw Sakura pregnant with Sarada and was shocked to hear that. So the point is, that Karin was collecting Sasuke's stuff for a while, it's plausible she was the one who helped Sakura with the birth since no birth records were kept in Konoha and it was Sarada's umbilical cord that Suigetsu used for the DNA test. Get ready for next (or possibly the 10th) chapter's plot twist when they meet up with Sakura and have a family chat. ^^

Manga fact is Naruto didn't know that "Karin is the mother". So he didn't see Sakura pregnant for nine whole months, or what? It's not just "my opinion", it's the "manga fact" that's about to be revealed by the end of this Gaiden.

First thing Sarada was not born in Konoha . Naruto must have seen Sakura and Sauke with a baby so he he has no idea about Sakura's pregnancy possible reason they were away for over a year and came back .

We need more details what happened in the blank period when Sarada was born . Why Sakura was not there in Konoha ? I believe Sarada was born in different dimension when sasuke tagged along with sakura to search kaguya .

But it looks to me Sasuke did spend time after sarada was born but had to go back when he said about new threat that is overtaking the ninja world .

Oh god, the denial is strong in this one. Sakura is still Sarada's mother and this most recent chapter just reiterated what should already be obvious to you all, Sakura is the one who raised her, therefore she is her mother; biological or not. Therefore her being drawn in as the mother in their family shouldn't be raising eyebrows... It would be straight stupid for Karin, someone who Sarada has no connection with other than genetics, to be drawn in as the providing mother of Sarada.

- How come Naruto didn't know that Sarada wasn't Sakura's biological daughter? Because neither Sasuke nor Karin or anyone else privy to that information told him. Hard comprehension here am I right?

- How does Naruto being surprised about Karin being her biological mother imply that he saw Sakura pregnant? Oh yeah, it doesn't.

Edit: Saying that the DNA test was shoddy or there was a mix-up of some description would just be horrible writing because it would mean that all that melodrama would have been for nothing.
