Madara and Itachi

Have you ever noticed that when Itachi died people stopped watching Naruto? Then, when Madara came Itachi fans turned into Madara fans. I think Madara was put in plot to replace Itachi. They are very similar but also a little different.

1. Madara is addicted to fighting, while Itachi tries to avoid it

2. They both act almost the same; nuetral, quiet, and sometimes observing.

3. Both basically saved the series

4. Both become exposed to a certain mind set when they were young, leading to how they act in the future

5. Both have seen the Uchiha template

6. Had brothers they loved

7. Has MS

8. Gained MS from theirs best friend's death

I think Kishi meant to kill Itachi to add Madara. And Madara was more interesting because he loved fighting, he was stronger, he had more vast set of jutsu, was more fun to watch, and rekt 3 kages, all tailed beast, and Naruto and Sasuke in 1 day

Oh well, he would've dedicate his life to Madara if he waited, and then when Madara dies, that fanboy kills himself because Madara and Itachi are dead. So it was possibly destined to happen..

All Itachi needed a protection from aids... and better chakra pool then he can able to win any battle it's why he has to die with some illness, he has so much potential to win " any " battle thanks to Kishi. I don't think Madara is a " interesting " as villain. He's kind of cliche tbh. I had a dream but i lost my loved one, if i'll have enough power i'll change the world. Even if means destroy and rebuild one. And obsessed with Hashirama his friend&rival. Well people love power it's why they loved Madara nothing more. Obito was more interesting and better character than Madara. Due to his faults. More like human, sacrificed too many, tricked, seek for redemtion etc. And i don't think many people stoped watching series due to Itachi died. As for me it was more interesting. After we learned about truth about Itachi. It was more epic. If he is still alive at that time, trust me he won't be more heroic than or loved than this. It's why i still believed Maito Gai should've die. It would be more dramatic.
