Sasuke's mission was worthwhile according to Gaiden chapter 8 / My thoughts

In this chapter we learn Sasuke has been going to Kaguya's dimension to find out information and due to this he knows were to go to save Sakura.

Before this chapter it seemed unnecessary for Sasuke to be gone for so long and miss out on Sarada's childhood but now we know he's been travelling to different dimensions probably for many years.

We've seen there are many different dimensions in the Kaguya fight so maybe it took Sasuke a long time to locate the enemy's hideout in the dimension.

I'm sure the dimension warping ability will also be useful in the future like if they need to escape from the new villain or if the villain puts them in another dimension.

It could be that this new technique will end up like Kirin and not be used again.

Its not fully confirmed that Karin is the mother in my opinion since Kishimoto could reveal that Karin cloned Sarada or kept Saarda's umbilical cord in her desk which was used in the DNA test.

I would like Sarada to have Uzumaki DNA since it would mean she could get chakra chains and hax healing but I get the feeling Kishimoto isn't done with the family drama.

I don't mind if Karin is the mother but I get the feeling Kishimoto is trying to trick us. If Sarada's dna was in Karin's desk then it doesn't confirm that Karin is the mother.

I don't think Sakura is the mother even if Karin is not the mother since Kishomoto said basically he wants to do a story were the bonds aren't blood related.

It would be interesting if Karin was a female clone of Sasuke like X23 is of Wolverine.

Also Karin could have been a surrogate.
