I like the EMS Design better tbh. But you know how to many times Kishi drew Sasukes MS instead of the EMS right?

Maybe that's how his mangekyou looks now. I just realized that after his meeting with rikudou, we have not seen sasuke's mangekyou. For the madara, kaguya and Naruto fight, he used Rinnegan - sharingan combo and not Rinnegan - mangekyou. That is weird. Never realized up until now.

Yes that is a mistake IMO. Madara always had some of Izunas pattern in his EMS.

Why is sasuke's MS pattern drawn?? Is this a mistake or another of kishi's crap?? What i know off sasuke currently has this pattern.

I never warmed to the distorted Itachi pattern added to Sasuke's MS. Sasuke's MS design is already intricate and stylized. Adding another pattern on top of it makes it look weird to me. Unlike Madara's, which is a perfect fusion of his design and Izuna's.
