It's still very hard for me to grasp how Sasuke got with Sakura in the end. Even if he had an affair with Karin, or whatever else kind of theories there are about Sarada, Sasuke was so uncaring for Sakura for the longest time.
He never showed any feelings for her. He showed his appreciation for Sakura's feelings many times. But never showed, not even for an instance, that her feelings were requited.

I honestly feel that the whole SasuSaku relationship only happened because of the fans. Kishi must have given in to all of the SasuSaku fapboys and girls. Same with NaruHina. Though, Naruto: The Last did show how NaruHina came to be, there has been no explanation for Sasuke's relationship with Sakura.
