Evil said it was about her happiest memory about Sasuke so most likely it is the birth of Sarada. And that Yeah Sorry thing was probably Evil's reaction about it...I don't really trust Evil after last week though so I don't know what she's thinking.

That's an option but Evil isn't always that straightforward. I think it's either Sasuke's apology, the headpoke or the birth of Sarada. And if you think about the context of the situation, which is Sakura talking about being a parent and Sarada questioning her birth mother, then I think it's the latter....it's also possible that's there are multiple flashbacks so it could be the apology, stuff in between and then the birth scene.
