I want to hear a good explanation. Because clearly Sasuke wasn't able to kill Naruto in the last battle. Naruto wasn't even going for the killing intent meaning he was holding back. Sasuke clearly loses but of course it'll take a great difficulty for Naruto to kill Sasuke. Naruto has a gigantic range of abilities and jutsus that simply counter whatever Sasuke can try and throw.

Naruto = Sasuke they both have jutsu's in their arsenal that counter each other. Just because one don't have killing intent doesn't mean they're not going all out either.
