I'm not sure what Kishi wants anymore. I thought he wanted Naruto to catch up to Sasuke but first he makes Naruto admit inferiority, and now if the spoilers are true Sasuke has new powers.

All the while we have a Rusty Hokage.

I guess it is a good thing Kishimoto didn't give Sasuke a new arm. But thats still not enough.

I think Kishimoto needs to nerf Sasuke's eye powers a bit more, maybe blinding his sharingan eye ? He is way too powerful now.

well at the very least, its solid evidence that sasuke has been improving his rinnegan skill to the point were he is now able to use a jutsu similar to kaguyas. how much more other rinnegan abilities? they should all be mastered. then theres the fact that his tomoe loss on his rinnegan were as a result of his eye on a cooldown due to the dimension travel so he didnt lose them like some were saying. in order words, he hasnt gotten weaker
