The reason Naruto didnt have anymore chakra after is because the Kyuubi chakra only ever came out when his base reserve was all used up. Meaning once Kisame swiped the Kyuubi chakra, he had no more.

He was molding the chakra inside himself. Not summoning it outside. He was still at the hand-seal process and haven't completed them all.
And there is no Kyuubi chakra there. His eyes and whiskers are perfectly normal. No sign of cloak or even a ''K'' of Kyuubi.

Some people are confused as to how absorption abilities work and dont see difference in certain things. You cant just wifi absorb someone's chakra that is inside their body.

Actually I don't think so, he was going to absorb more Bijuu chakra without Sasano'o but he failed because he didn't have enough chakra.
