I think Sakura is both biological and "adoptive" mother. Reasons? Let's be honest, Suigestu is stupid and probably took some DNA from when Sarada was born, since, if you don't remember, KARIN WAS BORN IN SOME VILLAGE THAT GOT DESTROYED so there is most likely no evidence of her birth. And why I think both DNAs were Saradas? Well, they look like, 100% match to me, and to inherit ALL the genes only from one parent is impossible....unless she's Sasukes clone (I'm saying his because, let's face it, she looks totally like him), but I doubt that's the case.

I can't wait for Thursday to see whether my prediction is right. (Tho I hope not, because I like Karin. But knowing Kishimoto, all this drama is just stupid trolling)

I don't think kishi was trying to be too accurate about the test, but still suigetsu just grabbed something and assumed it was Karin's. Suigetsu probably has very little experience in science anyway
