Just a thought here, what if sarada is actually sakuras daughter but the reason the dna test showed positive for karin is because sasukes chakra is infused with karins because of her special jutsu, and since we have seen that chakra can be passed down from other people to their children my best example would be the fact naruto had whiskers when he was born because his mom was a jinchuriki and the chakra had affected narutos appearance. I think that would be an interesting twist, because why would sakura raise sarada if she wasnt her child. this is just a thought more or less but i can see kishi doing something like this.
