You can't go by appearance. You have to wait until it is officially stated. Right now, its just drama.

I don't remember it that way. She never doubted her relation to Sasuke...she doubted Sakura's marriage to him and whether Sakura is really her mother based on the pic.....the conversation with Naruto was so she could learn a little bit about her dad's personality and it did seem to reassure her a bit that she's like Sakura, but she still doubted her being her mother....that's why she persisted in trying to get answers despite her conversation with Naruto....so no twist...

A REAL twist would be if NEITHER Sakura nor Karin were her mother and it was this whole new random woman. That would be hilarious.

Yea...at first I thought Sakura was her mother based on the eyes.....I still say she has Sakura's eyes based on Kishi's formula with the new generation (father everything, mother's eyes).....but the personality and thigh highs and shorts...and as we see more of her personality and not the mention the similar outfits in the panels in my sig...I can't ignore all that simply based on her eyes being similar to Sakura's...

Actually Kishi trolled everyone. People just don't realize it. Everyone assumed Sarada was Karin's daughter. She looked like her way too much. So people began to think, Kishi will troll us by making it look like Sarada is Sakura's daugter. So than people believed Sarada was Sakura's. But in the last chapter Kishi with DNA test showed that Sarada is Karin's daugter.

So basically he knew people would expect a troll, so he trolled by not trolling.

It was a DNA test run by SUIGETSU who was, "pretty sure," it was Karin's DNA....while Sasuke, Sakura and Karin were nowhere near around to confirm it. It's not exactly a legit source.
