Manga very heavily implied that they have become weaker over these past 10 years. The only Naruto and Sasuke who had a chance to be above Madara are Adult versions, so if they haven't gotten much stronger since The Last or the Manga....they can't be stronger than Madara.

Let's not forget The Last versions when they buffed themselves but weren't rusty. RSM Naruto in the Last timeline would be pretty much what we expected out of Hokage Naruto.(aside from possible new jutsus) The Last Sasuke is arguably stronger than he was at VOTE2. Also, manga portrayal regarding these 3 is only applicable throughout the end of the Kaguya arc.

I think I'll make a VS thread on this since it seems a lot of people have been changing their minds on the tiers and will list what they should be capable of with respects to each other.

Absolutely nothing implied that they got weaker as adults, nor would it make sense, well, Kurama did say that Naruto got rusty, which is probably because the Hokage thing takes most of his time, but where exactly did anyone state or imply that Sasuke got any weaker?

And btw, Bijuu Susano'o Sauce > Foddara.

Alright.. Well I guess Ill wait till end of current arc, or the baruto the movie to see how far they have actually come. I thought naruto's showing in the last was extremely impressive given the additional training since kaguya arc:
(Master Jinchuuriki able to split from Kurama, able to still fly, manipulating kurama's chakra through his body, manipulating direction of rasenshuriken, ect.)

What I expected out of Hokage Naruto is much more than what he is in The Last. Sasuke being stronger than he was at VoTe 2 is highly unlikely since he doesn't have the Bijuu, and I don't think whatever buffs he got in that 2 year timespan are going to make up for that.

Yup. The Last Naruto is much stronger than he was in The Manga. He's the only one out of those two who I can see being stronger than JJ Madara, mainly cause he got the other half of Kurama.
