No. I think that because it's the only thing that makes sense. The only reason why Hag's chakra would be unlimited, is if Hagoromo implanted is soul into one of them. Like a sealing jutsu. So his chakra would regen. Naruto and Sasuke used ALL of their chakra in the final battle. Their stumps wouldn't stop bleeding, much less regenerate as they would if the chakra still resided in them.

since you have eaten so may meat and fish throught out your life, now it seems by your logic you already posses the dna of those animals. Now what should i call you? A human? A Cow? A Goat? A Chicken? A Pig? Or a Fish?
