Don't know why I bother cos this thread will soon be filled with hate and we'll probably find out soon anyway
As he has written 700+ chapters, you can make judgements from Kishi's writing style
He doesn't actually hate Sakura (or any of his characters) though he confesses to not being good with female character - we see this throughout (not dissing, he's made many complex and different characters). He has also stated that Sasuke is a very pure character, which we see, meaning he's not likely to cheat. Throughout Naruto, despite being dead popular, Sasuke shows no sexual interest in anyone, but he does show a special care (love) for Sakura.
Not sure if it's legit but I believe Kishi wanted Sasuke to go back to Konoha after killing Itachi, but was stopped by the editors, which would make Karin a minor character. She is also currently quite irrelevant.
Interviews state Kishi wants Sakura to be happy and SasuSaku confirmed since part 1. He draws because he enjoys it, not because it's his job, and he doesn't hate his characters.
Kishi is questioning and exploring the idea of parentage, which has always been a major theme in Naruto. Look especially at last chapter. He could be using Karin as the biological mother and Sakura raising Sarada to emphasize this and take it further.
Or since it's Kishi (master of surprises and plot - twists), Hinata could be the mother. (Ok not a chance, it is safe to assume it's between Karin and Sakura).
I think there's something that we haven't been told or are missing. Judging by his writing style and Gaiden, I am personally leaning towards Sakura.
