Nice but Tobirama never performed transplants and tested if they can or can't awaken MS.

If anybody could do it, I'm pretty sure somebody like Tobirama would mention it. Or just not say "Uchiha" specifically

Accepts. No DNA is just going to sit around in his body and not incorporate itself in the function of said body.

Lol no your are right when a regular person also goes through something traumatic they awaken a sharingan too.

The eyes that reflect the feeling, their eyes were special in the first place (contain gen), not their brain that making Sharingan - even transplant a normal human eye into them wont awaken sharingan via that special chakra. The special chakra only trigger the gen to mutate it into another form - called the sharingan.
Mutated gen is the key for all of this.
Like gen in senju and uchiha (hyuga and uzumaki too - long distant relative) they will mutate when the interact happens.

Just found it I guess. Obito had stacks so I guess he found one that already unlocked MS. He got more from cloning himself. This is just a guess of course.

How can someone with a kakashi ava even ask this question? Kakashi awakened his MS after recieving it from obito.... you don't need to be an Uchiha to awaken the MS.

He doesn't have Uchiha blood so even if has the eyes he cannot awaken MS.

Now there is a possibility that out of all those eyes Obito had one of them was an MS eye.

I think the scans you provided tells you about the sharingan but doesn't say anything about MS, Obito awakened the sharingan with his special uchiha chakra from brain and he gave it to Kakashi, but once that's done(activation) maybe the rest(MS awakening) is a different story motivated by the individual's feelings/situation in which they awaken it because when you think about it all sharingans have the same pattern so it's logical to think they had same cause of origin(uchiha chakra) but MS got it's own unique ones depending on like I said feelings/situation(less specific to uchiha and more about humans in general-or in this case shinobi).

Basically Uchiha chakra=kickstarts
Regular strong human feelings= triggers the rest.
Going from Normal eye to MS that is.

Also when you say Obito awaken it first do you mean it had something to do with his(Obito's) chakra? It's not like his chakra went from his brain to Kakashi's or his eye was still connected to him- because in that case I am sure he would feel some sort of connection/have the control of the eye but I seriously doubt it so I am going with the former and say uchiha chakra only kickstarts it. so uchiha DNA? that's how he gets sharingan and gets to MS like I said above but these are just speculations.

EDit: It could be possible(like you said) that Obito's stack had a MS eye since someone might have awakened it on seeing Itachi/Obito kill their comrade or something.

We can say Orochimaru has set experiment beyond anyone's limit . His lab rat Danzo failed but Shin succeeded with full marks here and adapted with the sharingan .

I believe the New Villain must have some role in helping to adapt Shin to utilise the MS with full powers . I think the new Villain is really dangerous seems like he can make Kaguya and Toneri a fodder !!

I always believed Kakashi's Sharingan evolved only because Obito was still alive and his eye changed thus the other eye connected to his chakra also changed despite not being in his head.

Kishi has shown that plain as day by giving Obito/Kakashi the same MS design and the same S/T jutsu.

If Kakashi unlocked MS on his own then he would have different eye techniques since no MS user has the same abilities.

Because Obito's emotional reaction to seeing Rin get stabbed caused the transformation.

I mean for crying out loud that was the single event that caused him to lose hope in everything,Kakashi doesn't have the same attachment to Rin for him to unlock MS without Obito's involvement.
