Is there any other way to achieve the Rinnegan, besides having Ashura's and Indra's chakra and being an Uchiha? There has to be right?? Not stealing one either…...

Having Indra and Ashura's chakra doesn't give you the Rinnegan, having Hagoromo's does. You also don't have to be from the Uchiha clan or the Senju clan.

Wrong, Hago was in Ashura and Indra's chakra because it's essentially his. Their relation to him is what allows them to awaken Rinnegan in the first place regardless of the method that's used

I guess the eye in her forehead that is capable of infinite tsukuyomi is nothing then. Sure it's a sharinnegan, but still I would call that a version of the rinnegan.

Hagoromo never would have had the rinnegan if it weren't for Kaguya having a version of it as well.

You don't have to be an uchiha. You just have to be one of the transcendents.
There is no other way. At least, not revealed to us through the plot.
